Chicken Stir fry with Penne Rigate

As a writer and a student, I find it extremely hard to ever eat good food without having to spend hours making it and using like a hundred dishes that take over a week to be washed and put back in the cupboard. But this recipe is the easiest and it takes only half an hour. Oh, and did I mention it is a one pot dish.

Here is what you will need:
Penne pasta  900 GMs
Chicken rotisserie or uncooked chicken cut into strips  1 cup
Capsicum, cut into strips  1/2 cup
Tomato wedges  1/2 cup
Carrot, cut into strips. 1/2 cup
Chicken broth   1 1/2 cup
Egg   1, scrambled
Salt and pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce
Oil

Recipe
1. Put oil in a hot pan and stir fry capsicum, carrots, tomato wedges.
2. Once, they soften up a bit, add the chicken and give it a stir.
3. Move all the ingredients to the side of the pan and add the whisked egg to the empty side. Scramble it and stir it all.
4. Add the salt and pepper, a dash of Worcestershire sauce and a dash of hot sauce.
5. Add in the pasta, submerge it in chicken broth and let it simmer. Once the pasta has boiled, give it a stir, add cilantro and serve it hot. But don't forget to top it up with some parmesan.
